Portpack’s fixed bagging plants comprise of support steelworks, hoppers, bag grippers, stitchers, stitching conveyors, compressor and all controls. The plant can be manufactured to incorporate either a single or duplex weigher, for those plants bagging 50Kg bags, and the identical weigher to those used in the Mobile Bagging unit form part of the fixed bagging plant.

Fixed plants can also be designed to utilise loadcells for 500Kg and 1000Kg FIBC’s support steelworks, hoppers, bag grippers, stitchers, stitching conveyors, compressor and all controls are combined to form the bagging plant.
